When did it become acceptable for the President of the United States to continually abuse female reporters for asking him questions that are uncomfortable? And why does the rest of the news media stand there and accept it?
Why are there homeless people on the street corners of even medium and small size cities in America, sure some of them are just scam artists but do you really believe it’s all of them?
When did Congress give up the power of the purse and just let the President spend money on whatever he wants, reallocate approved budgets to his own ideological agenda and ignore Amy means of reining this in?
Why does Congress just stand there while the President conducts a war that we are NOT WINNING, has no exit strategy on at all, can’t define what victory would look like, is running down our ammunition stocks shooting at drones and spouts completely insane things like we’re going to make the Straight of Hormuz a U.S. territory?
If Congress is too chicken shit to control the budget, provide oversight on policy or rely on facts and science to make decisions on, why do we have them, vote for ANY of them, pay ANY of them at all? Why don’t we just abolish Congress and become the American Empire with King Spray Tan in charge?
Why are we constantly at odds with our two biggest historical allies, Canada and Europe, while we cozy up to Russia, China and North Korea, three of the most oppressive and implacable enemies the United States has?
Who really thought that RFK with his long standing vaccine misinformation history, discussion of having a brain worm in his head, eating roadkill and swimming in sewage habits made a logical choice to be in charge of the nation’s health department?
Why is every Republican, especially in the Senate, so scared of Trump? Even when they have been publicly humiliated by the man, and aren’t even running for re-election, they can’t muster enough courage to tell the man no on anything? Especially when it comes to putting totally incompetent or corrupt people in the cabinet (looking at you Hegseth, Lutnick, Duffy and Blanche).
When did it become completely acceptable to blatantly lie about virtually everything when interviewed, even on easily provable items simply because you assume the American public is too stupid to know any better? “Prices are coming down rapidly”, “we’ve won the Iran war” so many times now I’ve lost track, everyone in the Democratic Party is a communist, “Climate Change is a hoax”, “vaccines are evil and cause autism”, “we’re going to grow our way out of the deficit”, etc. And worse yet, why does the news media not even attempt to put out the real facts or challenge these lies to their face?
When did Christianity adopt the mantra that they should judge everyone else, be in charge of the government and completely ignore the words of Jesus Christ? What the hell is the basis of Christianity anyways? What happened to “judge not lest ye be judged”, “cast not the first stone lest ye be cast out”? Why should we have the 10 commandments in schools, they aren’t even a Christian document, they were handed to the Jewish people in the Bible long before “Christians” existed.
Who said the public wants to use billions of dollars in tax money to build monuments to the most ego centric, thin skinned, shit posting, spoiled billionaire brat masquerading as President in history? While the budget deficit explodes, social security benefits will be cut 20% starting in six years and Medicaid benefits will be cut right after the mid term elections, does it really make sense to waste billions on vanity?
Why do we think climate change is unimportant when every state in America is suffering from extreme weather almost every week?
Why do we think AI will be safe when the only people saying that are Tech Billionaires looking to enrich themselves who could care less about the rest of us? Who really wants to live next to a data center anyways? Do you?
Why do we live in a country where millions of Americans don’t have health insurance? Where 1 in 7 children are nutrition deficient while we turn corn into ethanol? Where the food chain is so messed up, people are afraid to eat almost any fruit or vegetables, while the government repeats- all is well, have no fear. Where the millennial and Gen Z generations have almost given up the concept of new home ownership?
Why do we accept the price of groceries, electric bills, cost of any kind of insurance, cost of medications for the elderly, cost of a college education being out of many people’s reach or making them struggle to make ends meet each month?
